Delivery Information

Free delivery on order over £60 (including VAT) or collect for free.
Standard delivery charge is £4.79 (including VAT) Within the UK.

For Delivery Within Europe Delivery takes a couple of extra days. For Smaller items we use Royal Mail (Post) for Larger Items and Orders we use DPD, UPS, TNT & DHL 

For Items in Stock delivery is usually Next Day, Items readily available in our range is usually 2-3 working days Via Our Carriers UPS, DHL, DPD, Royalmail, Etc.

Oil & Greases are Usually Shipped Next Day, However Oil & Greases not in stock may take 7-10 business days to Deliver - If this is the case we will ring you beforehand to see if you are happy with the lead time - If not, we will happily refund you the same day 

Gates Belts are usually 5-7 Days, however if you looking for a quicker delivery, contact us and we maybe able to offer different Branded belt on a shorter lead time 

Gates Toothed Belts are cut from a Sleeve to Order, please note these types of belts are Non-Returnable

You Can Collect your Order Free of Charge -  We Shall Email/Phone you when your Order is Ready to Collect

For next working day deliveries all orders have to be placed by 11:30am and are subject to availiable stock, otherwise orders received after this time, may be sent the following day.

We are not responsible for any carrier error if the carrier company are late with their service.

We can deliver same day on a premium taxi service at an additional cost, please email media@howcroft.co.uk for more details.

Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you have 7 days from receipt of order, in which you may return your item to us. A re-stocking fee maybe charged. The return carrier cost will be at your expense.

Any returned item received outside the 7 day return period, will not be refunded

All items must be returned to us in their original condition, un-opened and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless an item is being refunded due to an error made by us.

Once the return is satisfied by both parties, pack your items securely, make sure you enclose the returns form and ensure your parcel is labelled with the address below.

Once the returned item is with us, meeting our conditions, we would then refund your money immediately by the method you paid, which may take 3-4 working days.
