30-Day Return Window — Return any eligible item within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Free Return Postage — We cover return shipping on all eligible returns.

Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for a free return if all of the following apply:
- Return is requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- Item is in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation
- Item shows no signs of damage, wear, installation, or misuse
- Item is not a custom-manufactured or bespoke product
- Item is not listed as non-returnable (see below)
How to Return an Item
- Contact Our Team — Email hello@buybearings.co.uk or call 01709 878282 within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Receive Return Authorisation — We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Package & Ship — Securely repackage the item with all original materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging and drop it with any UK courier or post office.
- Inspection — We inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt and confirm eligibility by email.
- Refund or Exchange — Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Exchanges are dispatched same day where stock is available.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will:
- Provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you
- Cover all return shipping — no RMA required for defective items
- Prioritise resolution within 2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Consumables and perishables (lubricants, greases, sealants, adhesives)
- Custom-manufactured or bespoke products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at point of purchase
- Items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery
- Used, installed, damaged, or altered items
- Clearance or discontinued items (unless defective)
- Hygiene-sensitive PPE that has been opened (ear defenders, respirators)
